For Oracle OpenWorld, we were asked to deliver a next-generation experience that would show attendees that traditional marketing is transforming.

We built the world’s first immersive chatbot on Oracle’s Intelligent Bot natural-language framework and cloud services. Users could interact with it using speech or text – asking questions about how Oracle’s solutions could improve enterprise resource planning (ERP).

The chatbot helped Oracle:

 

  • Provide relevant information about Oracle’s products at the point of need

  • Showcase the development of Oracle Digital Assistant
